Abstract

Production d'objets avec des pâtes plastiques. Pour la production d'un tube en ceramique oxydée fermé en bout par une calotte, obtenu par moulage à la boudineuse, le procédé consiste en ce qu'avant le début de l'extrusion, la matrice est fermée au-dessous du noyau par un outil de formage de la calotte, qu'au début de l'extrusion vers la matrice fermée une cavité au-dessous de l'outil de formage, communiquant avec le creux du moule par un conduit d'évacuation d'air, est agrandie progressivement, qu'après l'achèvement de l'extrémité fermée du tube l'outil est écarté vers le bas et latéralement en sectionnant le filet de matière reliant l'extrémité du tube à de la matière ayant pénétré dans la cavité et que, pour la suite de l'extrusion du tube à l'extrémité déjà fermée, un passage d'aération est libéré à travers le noyau du moule par le retrait d'un mandrin, pour l'arrivée d'air du tube fermé en bout.
