Abstract

Procédé et appareillage permettant, par vibration et pression en milieu prive d'air, la formation continue de panneaux sans porosité de grès liés à un minimum de résine liquide. La presse 1 comporte le vibrateur 2 tandis qu'un ruban 4 fait avancer le mélange à presser entre la plaque 5 et le plan 6. Une cloche 11 assure l'étanchéité au niveau du traitement du mélange disposé dans des cadres 15, mélange placé entre deux rubans de papier 16 et 18. Amenés dans un four 28, les panneaux sont chauffés puis, la polymérisation terminée, emportés par le ruban 32. L'invention peut être utilisée à la fabrication de panneaux de mélange grès-résine.
