Abstract

Composition adhésive à appliquer par fusion à chaud et procédé pour la préparer. On prépare la composition en mélangeant d'abord à l'état fondu une résine de polyphénylène éther et une résine de masse moléculaire peu élevée et en mélangeant ensuite le mélange résultant avec un copolymère séquencé élastomère thermoplastique d'un monoalcényl arène et d'un diène conjugué, une résine jouant le rôle d'agent poisseux et éventuellement une huile minérale d'hydrocarbures. La composition adhésive résultante possède une température de service élevée et est utile dans la préparation de rubans adhésifs.
