Abstract

Paquet d'objets en forme de tubes ou de barres, en particulier en matériau fragile tel que le verre ou la céramique. Procédé d'empaquetage de tubes ou de barres comprenant les opérations suivantes : dans ce paquet les objets sont disposes de la façon la plus serrée possible, et le paquet est entouré, au moins partiellement, d'une coiffe en matériau élastique de façon telle, que les objets soient immobilisés dans leur position et que ce paquet de tubes ou de barres constitue une unité empilable, les tubes ou barres sont coupés à la même longueur, ils sont assemblés en un paquet dans lequel ils sont placés côte à côte de la façon la plus serrée possible, à la suite de quoi au moins les deux extrémités du paquet sont entourées d'une coiffe en un matériau flexible qui immobilise les tubes ou barres du paquet dans la position précédente la plus serrée possible, après quoi, le cas echéant, le paquet formé est empilé sur une palette avec une pluralité de paquets similaires et cet empilage est entouré d'une autre enveloppe en un matériau flexible qui immobilise la pile sur la palette.
