Abstract

L'invention concerne une endoprothèse de l'articulation du genou. Dans cette prothèse, la queue d'ancrage 6 de l'élément d'articulation de fémur décalée par rapport au plan médian longitudinal perpendiculaire 17 de la fente de l'articulation 16 vers le patin externe du fémur 13c, est fixée sur le pont 14 du patin de l'élément de fémur et ce décalage du mouvement de la rotule, en forme d'arc du haut vers le bas, latéralement vers l'intérieur, est adapté à la surface de glissement formée selon l'articulation naturelle, délimitée par la face avant du pont des patins et les surfaces antérieures des patins.
