Abstract

L'invention concerne la production de sucres par hydrolyse en continu de matières lignocellulosiques sous forme solide divisée, par contact avec de l'acide chlorhydrique concentré. Selon l'invention, on prévoit un réacteur tubulaire rotatif 1 avec une paroi tubulaire 2, des palettes internes 12, une paroi extrême transversale 5 avec entrée centrale 6 de la matière solide à hydrolyser, un distributeur 20 de liquide, une chicane hélicoïdale 13; le réacteur est divisé en une zone d'imprégnation I et une zone d'hydrolyse H. L'invention concerne la production de sucres à partir de matières végétales.
