Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif perfectionné pour le traitement thermique d'un fil en mouvement du type constitué essentiellement par un tube rectiligne, à section transversale sensiblement circulaire, à la surface duquel le fil est mis en contact, relié à des conduits d'alimentation et d'évacuation en fluide chauffant ou refroidissant Le dispositif selon l'invention se caractérise par le fait que la liaison des extrémités du tube de traitement thermique avec le conduit d'évacuation en fluide chauffant ou refroidissant est réalisée par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de jonction disposé à l'extrémité du tube et à l'intérieur de celui-ci, cet élément de jonction comportant d'une part un orifice pour le passage du fluide et d'autre part, un tube capillaire dont l'extrémité libre débouche à l'intérieur de la partie coudée du tube de traitement thermique dans sa zone supérieure où il y a des risques de production de bulles d'air. Application : chauffage ou refroidissement sur les métiers de texturation par fausse torsion.
