De l'air chaud est envoyé par des couloirs de guidage 165, 166 entre les brins 168, 169 de chaque transporteur. Une tringlerie 142 permet de recycler en F2 la plus grande partie de l'air humide en ouvrant des volets 150 qui séparent le couloir de sortie 100' de l'ensemble de chauffe 21 et en fermant en même temps des volets 143 qui coupent l'arrivée en F1 d'air extérieur, une faible partie seulement de l'air humide sortant par les cheminées 102. Les gaz provenant de la chambre sortant par les cheminées 102. Les gaz provenant de la chambre de combustion 99' chauffent l'air entrant en 143 sans se mélanger à lui, en suivant des tubes 158, 160 et en sortant en 161.
