Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention et utilisation médicamenteuse de cellules placentaires de brebis. Selon le procédé de l'invention on fragmente le placenta foeto-maternel de brebis sacrifiées à la fin du quatrième mois de gestation, on immerge immédiatement les fragments recueillis dans du liquide de Ringer afin de les laver des traces de sang, on divise finement lesdits fragments et les met dans une solution aqueuse trypsinée à 5 %, on laisse effectuer la digestion trysique sous agitation, on sépare les cellules placentaires par filtration, on lave lesdites cellules à la solution de Hanks réfrigérée, on sépare par centrifugation à basse température, on suspend le fond obtenu à la centrifugation dans un minimum de liquide de survie et on lyophilise la suspension jusqu'à l'obtention d'un poids constant Application notamment au traitement des ulcères variceux.
