Abstract

L'invention concerne les procédés et appareils d'écriquage ponctuel. Elle se rapporte à un appareil dans lequel l'ensemble 41 d'écriquage ponctuel porte une buse 40 qui forme un jet d'eau 44 en éventail qui vient frapper la partie avant de la mare fondue de laitier et chasse celle-ci. De cette manière, le courant d'oxygène d'écriquage peut facilement chasser la mare sans qu'il se forme de bavures latérales. Application au traitement des lingots métalliques avant laminage.
