Appareil de cuisson à plaques chauffantes électriques munies de régulateurs de temperature, comprenant des capteurs qui explorent la température des récipients. Il présente une région de rôtissage 17 avec au moins une plaque 14, 15 pour rôtir et une région de cuisson 16 avec au moins une plaque 12, 13 pour cuire des produits contenant de l'eau et les régulateurs de température sont réalisés de telle manière que la température de chaque plaque de cuisson soit limitée à une valeur inférieure à 150 degrés C, tandis que la température de chaque plaque de rôtissage peut dépasser 220 degrés C. Application : appareils de cuisson domestique.
