Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'un détecteur d'oxygène à fine couche d'oxyde pour céramique résistive dans lequel des fils en platine sont noyés dans la couche d'oxyde, laquelle est appliquée par une technique de pulvérisation par flamme ou plasma. Procédé de fabrication selon lequel les fils de platine sont insérés dans des trous longitudinaux ménagés dans un isolateur en céramique avec l'une de leurs extrémités dépassant de la face de l'isolateur et l'autre de leurs extrémités reliée à une terminaison conductrice, les trous sont obturés de manière étanche et la couche d'oxyde est pulvérisée par flamme ou plasma sur la face de l'isolateur de manière à y noyer les extrémités dépassantes des fils. Procédé de fabrication applicable aux détecteurs d'oxygène utilisés dans le trajet des gaz d'échappement des moteurs à combustion interne.
