Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour extraire des matières alcalines d'une installation de production de ciment L'air chaud du four monte dans un premier conduit vertical 5 et aboutit à un premier cyclone 6. La matière précipitée parvient au bas d'un deuxième conduit vertical 8, y est refroidie par de l'air aspiré et monte dans un deuxième cyclone 10, qui renvoie les particules au bas du conduit 5, où elles précipitent les matières alcalines du gaz. Les grosses particules tombent du bas du conduit 8 dans un collecteur. Application : épuration des gaz.
