Abstract

Structure de montage de semi-conducteurs. La structure de la présente invention comporte un boîtier 30 de matériau diélectrique. Le boîtier 30 présente une cavité 32 pour recevoir le corps 21 d'un dispositif de commutation 20 et éviter son mouvement latéral par rapport au boîtier. La profondeur de cette cavité est légèrement supérieure à l'épaisseur du corps du dispositif de commutation. Le boîtier comporte en outre une cavité 31 pour les conducteurs 22 à 24 et une cavité 33 pour la patte de montage 25 du dispositif de commutation, dont une surface 34 sollicite cette patte de montage vers l'extérieur du boîtier, lorsque la structure est montée sur un radiateur, et réalise ainsi un contact thermique étroit. Application au montage de triacs.
