Abstract

Projectile passe-trame dans lequel la réserve de fil est introduite par insufflation d'air. Il comprend deux chambres 24, 26 séparées par une cloison médiane 22 à faces coniques 40. Autour des deux chambres il est ménagé un espace annulaire 28 qui communique avec elles par des fentes 32. Les extrémités plates sont percées d'orifices 18, 20. L'air entrant par exemple par 18 refoule le fil dans 24 où il se dépose en spires entourant 40. L'air s'échappe par les fentes 32, circule dans 28, retraverse 32 et sort par 26 et 20 sans risque d'entraîner le fil hors de 24. De même pendant la course l'air traverse le projectile sans provoquer une sortie massive de fil de trame. Application aux métiers à tisser sans navette porte-canette.
