Abstract

La présente invention concerne les camions à benne basculante du type objet du brevet principal dans lesquels le basculement de la benne 50 s'effectue au-dessus de la cabine de conduite 8 et des roues 1 se trouvant de part et d'autre de celle-ci. Selon la caractéristique principale du présent certificat d'addition le châssis est constitué par une unité avant comportant une traverse 14 portant les roues directrices et des éléments porteurs 9-11-13 pour la cabine et les supports d'axes 10 d'articulation de basculement de la benne et une unité arrière comportant les dispositifs 39-43 de suspension des roues arrière, le moteur 32 et des appuis 35 pour la benne basculante, les deux unités avant et arrière étant réunies par un élément longitudinal formant pivot 5 pour au moins la traverse avant portant les roues avant. L'invention appliquée aux camions à benne basculante en cause permet de réduire les efforts transmis par le châssis et donc de l'alléger.
