Abstract
a. Composant formant un circuit de verrouillage. b. Circuit de verrouillage en logique EFL caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un premier transistor Q1 ayant un ensemble d'émetteurs, le collecteur constituant la sortie vraie Q, et la base étant reliée à une première tension de référence de seuil VTI , un second transistor Q2 ayant au moins un émetteur, ces émetteurs étant reliés en commun à un premier émetteur du premier transistor, le collecteur sertant de sortie complémentaire Q, la base étant reliée au collecteur du premier émetteur, un troisième transistor Q5 étant prévu ayant au moins un émetteur et ces émetteurs étant reliés en commun au second émetteur du premier transistor, la base recevant l'entrée et le collecteur relié au collecteur du second transistor, servant également de sortie complémentaire. De façon connue, un signal de cadence est appliqué à la base du transistor Q3 alors que la base du transistor Q4 , est reliée à une seconde tension de seuil c. L'invention s'applique notamment à des systèmes numériques à grande vitesse.
