Abstract

Hélice de propulsion comportant un moyeu et un certain nombre de pales dont chacune présente une partie liée directement ou indirectement au moyeu. Les lames ont une forme générale concave qui, en cours d'utilisation, se rapproche du trajet radial et excentrique d'une masse de liquide ou de gaz s'écoulant le long de chaque pale, de sorte que cette masse de liquide ou de gaz quitte chaque pale suivant une direction essentiellement axiale. Application : propulsion à hélice pour bateaux ou aéronefs.
