Abstract

Frein à disque comprenant deux éléments de friction disposés de part et d'autre du disque, montés coulissants sur des éléments de guidage, notamment formés par des broches, et un étrier à deux branches chevauchant le disque, l'une des branches portant le dispositif de serrage du frein tandis que l'autre branche de l'étrier, par réaction d'appui, déplace le second élément de friction vers le disque, l'étrier pouvant coulisser suivant la direction de déplacement des éléments de friction et étant lié avec le second élément de friction. Des moyens de guidage G à rainure 16 et à organe complémentaire 7 coopérant avec cette rainure sont prévus directement entre le support 7 et l'étrier 9. Applications aux freins à disque de véhicules automobiles.
