Abstract

Ce dispositif s'adapte particulièrement sur les machines à confectionner des articles dits " soudés en forme " à partir de films en matière plastique sur des soudeuses à tapis sans fin. Il comporte un chariot se déplaçant au moyen d'un vérin et portant deux groupes de têtes de préhension mises alternativement sous aspiration et sous pression, et comportant sur leur face inférieure des orifices. Les mouvements du chariot sont séquencés et leur périodicité synchronisée avec le déplacement du tapis d'alimentation. Le dispositif peut être utilisé dans la fabrication des pochettes en matière plastique pour emballage primaire de disques microsillons.
