Abstract

Procédé perfectionné d'assemblage de moules selon lequel des moules sont formés successivement en réglant leurs dimensions, de manière à obtenir des articles moulés ayant des dimensions prédéterminées. On forme d'abord un premier moule dans un montage, et on utilise ce premier moule pour former un premier article moulé. On vérifie les dimensions de ce premier article afin de déterminer dans quelle mesure elles diffèrent des dimensions prédéterminées. On règle alors le montage pour compenser les différences en dimensions relevées, et on assemble un second moule dans le montage, le produit moulé dans ce second moule ayant des dimensions plus proches des dimensions prédéterminées que le premier produit obtenu, puisqu'il y a eu réglage du montage pour compenser les différences en dimensions. Principales applications : moulage d'éléments de turbines.
