Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'un agent immunothérapeutique pour le traitement du cancer, dans lequel : 1. on extrait dans un milieu liquide des antigènes à partir de cellules cancéreuses vivantes à activité atténuée par des rayons; 2. on met en contact le milieu contenant les antigènes avec des cellules macrophages et on extrait le milieu liquide résultant; 3. on sensibilise des lymphocytes normaux provenant du sang d'un donneur en bonne santé en mettant en contact ces lymphocytes avec le milieu obtenu à l'étape précédente dans des conditions de culture; 4. on extrait des lymphocytes sensibilisés du milieu résultant et on les met en suspension dans une solution support pour administration à un patient atteint d'un cancer.
