Abstract

Ces nouveaux polymères sont obtenus en soumettant un polymère vivant de diène de Mn comprise entre 20 000 et 300 000 obtenu par polymérisation anionique, à : - une opération de métallation; - une opération de fonctionnalisation à l'aide d'un composé azoté non polymérisable contenant au moins deux groupements >=C - N = C< tel que les polypyridines, la pyrimidine et ses dérivés, la pyrazine et ses dérivés, la 2, 4, 6 tri (2 pyridyl) 1,3,5 triazine, le sulfure de dipyridyle; - et à une opération d'hydrogénation préalablement ou postérieurement aux opérations de métallation et fonctionnalisation. Ces nouveaux polymères peuvent être utilisés comme additifs permettant d'améliorer l'indice de viscosité et le pouvoir dispersant des huiles lubrifiantes.
