Abstract

La présente invention est du domaine des procédés de récupération des vieux papiers. L'invention a pour objet un procédé de récupération des vieux papiers, tels que des variétés de papiers dépourvus de bois et/ou contenant et/ou imprimés avec des produits résistants à l'eau et/ou conférant une réristance à l'eau, le procédé utilisant une dissolution en milieu alcalin et une addition d'agents chimiques de flottation, caractérisé dans sa généralité en ce que le papier à mettre en suspension est porté à ébullition dans un autoclave sous pression à des températures supérieures à 100 degrés et à un taux de matière sèche de 20 à 50 %, en milieu acide ou basique, ou successivement acide ou basique pendant plusieurs minutes, et en ce que la pâte est ensuite traitée par dilution et addition d'agents de flottation. Le procédé est notamment applicable sur des installations existantes.
