Abstract

Ce dispositif pour faire pénétrer successivement les cigarettes arrivant en file d'une machine à confectionner les cigarettes dans les alvéoles successifs d'un tambour rotatif est du type dans lequel est intercalé un dispositif de transfert accélérant la vitesse de translation des cigarettes pour les séparer les unes des autres et leur communiquant une vitesse transversale égale à la vitesse de déplacement périphérique des alvéoles du tambour. Ce dispositif de transfert ne comporte qu'une seule came verticale dont la partie active entre en contact avec la cigarette arrivant sous elle, au moment où son extrémité antérieure pénètre dans un alvéole du tambour. L'action combinée de la came et du tambour assure un déplacement transversal de chaque cigarette parallèlement à elle-même.
