Abstract
Nouveau procédé de préparation de dérivés d'imidazole de type 5-alky-4 Ø(2 amino alkyl) thiométhylõ imidazole utiles dans la synthèse de médicaments à activité anti H2 de la famille Cimétidine et du Métiamide. Technique plus particulièrement caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est réalisée à partir d'imidazoles carboxylates correspondants, en un seul stade, ne nécessitant pas l'isolement difficile de l'aminoalcool intermédiaire. On a ainsi isolé par cette méthode le 5 méthyl-4 Ø(2 aminoéthyl)-thiométhylõ imidazole bichlorhydrate.
