Abstract

Tablier destiné à empêcher un entassement de fibres en face des rives d'un voile passant du grand tambour au tambour peigneur d'une carde. Ce tablier, qui longe vers l'avant la surface inférieure du grand tambour, se termine entre ce dernier et le peigneur par un bec dont les deux rives latérales du bord d'attaque transversal forment des ajutages par lesquels sort un courant d'air qui empêche l'entassement des fibres sur ce bec sans endommager les rives du voile. Application aux cardes.
