Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif réducteur de la largeur des andains formés par les faucheuses. Selon l'invention des moyens logés dans le volume délimité par deux tambours 26, 32 sur lesquels passe une bande d'andainage 31, permettent de réduire la vitesse de rotation desdits tambours 26, 32 par rapport à celle des éléments rotatifs 4 de la faucheuse, l'un de ces tambours 26 étant monté sensiblement coaxialement avec l'un des éléments rotatifs 4. Application aux faucheuses à disques, à tambours ou à courroie munie d'éléments coupants.
