Abstract

La présente invention est relative à un procédé de préparation d un pigment conducteur, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à allier un métal conducteur non noble avec au moins un matériau oxydable choisi parmi le carbone, le bore, le silicium, l'aluminium, le carbone-silicium et le bore-silicium, à mélanger l'alliage résultant avec une fritte vitreuse et un véhicule organique pour former une encre, à appliquer cette encre à l'écran sur un substrat, puis à cuire l'encre dans une atmosphère oxydante contenant au moins 20 % en volume d'oxygène, à une température supérieure à environ 500 degrés C, pendant une période de temps suffisante pour oxyder le matériau oxydable, sans oxysation du métal non noble, à refroidir le produit ainsi cuit pour produire un pigment conducteur, et à récupérer le pigment conducteur.
