Abstract

La présente invention concerne un connecteur électrique pour raccorder une paire de câbles coaxiaux. Ce connecteur comporte un premier élément femelle 12 et un second élément mâle 14. Ces éléments comportent des moyens 22 pour permettre d'orienter d'une manière non visuelle les deux éléments de connecteur 12 et 14 l'un par rapport à l'autre. Il comporte également des moyens 24 qui permettent de bloquer les éléments de connecteur en position verrouillée. Un élément de contact 60 est logé dans une douille diélectrique 68, montée dans la fiche mâle. Cet élément de contact comporte deux mâchoires 66a et 66b entre lesquelles s'engagent les conducteurs intérieurs 40 des câbles coaxiaux. Ce connecteur est léger, étanche à l'eau et de construction peu coûteuse.
