Abstract

Le produit comporte une âme absorbante 12 qui comprend une feuille de tissu ondulé emprisonnée entre deux couches 14, 16 de pulpe duveteuse. Des nappes d'ouate supérieure 24 et inférieure sont disposées respectivement au-dessus et au-dessous du tampon. Une feuille imperméable 26 enveloppe la nappe d'ouate supérieure et l'âme est collée par ses bords à la nappe d'ouate inférieure tandis qu'une feuille de matière non tissée 34 enveloppe les nappes d'ouate, l'âme et la feuille imperméable. La couche inférieure du pulpe duveteuse est orientée vers l'utilisateur et comporte, dans sa face extérieure, des évidements formés par une opération de gaufrage. Application aux serviettes hygiéniques.
