L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif permettant la commande en oscillation de part et d'autre d'un plan d'un ensemble articulé Selon l'invention le dispositif comprend un moyen moteur d'entraînement entraînant un excentrique 19 sur un cercle 22 agissant sur des moyens élastiques 25, 26 pour repousser contre une butée gauche 27 ou contre une butée droite 28 l'ensemble 3 oscillant autour d'un axe 2. L'invention s'applique notamment à des oscillateurs pour machines à lancer des balles de tennis.
