Abstract

La présente invention concerne des perfectionnements apportés aux outils plaquettes de coupe amovibles. Cet outil est caractérisé en ce que le corps 1 de l'outil présente une chambre centrale 7 pouvant être reliée à une source de fluide sous pression externe, les trous taraudés 6 dans lesquels sont visées les vis 5 de blocage des plaquettes individuelles 3, débouchent dans cette chambre centrale et les vis de blocage 5 sont percées axialement de part en part de manière à permettre l'écoulement; à travers elles, de jets de fluide sous pression vers et dans l'espace compris entre le corps de l'outil rotatif et la surface d'une pièce à usiner, et à débarrasser ainsi chaque plaquette individuelle de copeaux qu'elle produit.
