Abstract

L'invention concerne une résistance gainée pour radiateurs ou dispositifs de chauffage similaire par convection. Un conducteur résistant 10 est entouré par un matériau isolant 12 et par un corps extérieur définissant une surface d'échange de chaleur 16a, le corps extérieur étant façonné en une pièce unique et comprenant une gaine pratiquement tubulaire enfermant le dispositif de résistance conductrice et une pluralité de prolongements 18, en forme d'aile avec des ailettes A façonnées à la surface de ces prolongements. On obtient un rendement d'échange de température élevé en raison de la communication thermique parfaite des ailettes par conduction avec la résistance.
