Abstract

L'invention concerne un moteur à cylindres opposés et à allumage simultané. L'appareil comporte deux pistons moteurs 12 et 14 alignés, reliés respectivement à un piston de compresseur 19 et à un dispositif de synchronisation 17 essentiellement constitué par une crémaillère double 22 intercalée entre deux pignons 24 engrenant sur deux crémaillères simples latérales 23a, le piston de compresseur 19 se déplaçant selon un mouvement de va-et-vient dans une chambre sous la double action conjuguée des deux pistons moteurs 12 et 14. Application aux moto-compresseurs.
