Abstract

The device controls a moving part which when reaches the end of its travel a switch is operated. This switches off a regulator through which the moving part is servo controlled. The moving part (1) displaces the cursor on a potentiometer (2) which is connected to a regulator circuit (3). A second potentiometer (4) provides a demand value for the regulator and the error output signal operates a motor (5) via a relay (6) switch (7, 8) circuit which controls direction of motor rotation to control position of the moving part. A switch (9) at the end of moving part travel switches off the motor supply.
