Abstract

The fish cage is formed by a net, whose edges are held by floats above the water level. One part of the perimeter formed by the floats has no float, but simply a beam under which a guillotine-type gate is suspended. The cage frame has edges secured to the net, the latter having an opening to the side of the gate. The frame has vertical slides accommodating a movable solid or articulated frame, also means for coupling to another frame of the same type.
