Abstract

The sleeping accommodation conversion for a vehicle with rear doors has a special extension (3) which is pulled out of the open doors and clamped on the rear. The bunks have their foot ends in the extension which is weather proofed. The conversion enables small vehicles to be used for sleeping and camping. The extension is ffited in one section and pulls out on special slides for ease of erection. It is fitted with a sloping roof, ventilator, windows and sealed to the vehicle with a flexible gusset.
