Abstract

Appareillage pour conserver des produits altérables par l'air. Pour faire le vide dans le récipient contenant les produits, on utilise une pompe à main qu'on pose sur le couvercle 16 pourvu d'un clapet 38. La pompe est inversée en ce sens que la chambre d'aspiration 62 est sur le côté du piston 50 qui est opposé au couvercle. On fait donc le vide en appuyant sur un poussoir 70, et cette poussée a également pour effet d'appuyer la pompe sur le couvercle, donc d'améliorer l'étanchéité des joints 24, 18, en évitant les fuites. Application à l'obtention d'un vide partiel dans des récipients à conserves.
