Abstract
Bouchon de tube activé par explosif pour réaliser un joint hermétique mécanique à l'intérieur d'un tube. Le bouchon comprend un manchon de dilatation conique intérieurement, un piston tronconique disposé à l'intérieur du manchon et un prolongement pour favoriser la mise en position du bouchon. Par mise à feu à distance d'une charge explosive disposée à l'intérieur du bouchon, le piston est poussé vers l'avant pour dilater le manchon autour de la surface du tube environnante. La relation énergie-déplacement entre le piston et le manchon peut être sélectivement contrôlée en modifiant la structure physique du bouchon. Applicable notamment à la réparation d'échangeurs de chaleur.
