Abstract

Pour optimiser le prix de revient du tore magnétique d'un transformateur différentiel, on réduit son volume en occupant dans les meilleures conditions le volume central : une seule spire par conducteur primaire, réduction de la section des conducteurs, avec parties voisines assurant la diffusion de la chaleur, et conformation en secteur circulaire des conducteurs au centre du tore. On obtient un gain important sur l'élément le plus coûteux d'un relais.
