Abstract

L'invention concerne un passeur automatique d'échantillons vers une enceinte de contrôle contenant un détecteur. Ce passeur comprend au moins un support d'échantillon à contrôler, des moyens pour déplacer ce support d'échantillon sur une piste, en amont et en aval de l'enceinte de contrôle, par un mouvement dans une première direction, et pour l'arrêter en regard de ce banc; ce passeur est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens pour amener l'échantillon en contact avec le détecteur, par un mouvement dans une seconde direction et dans un premier sens, puis pour ramener l'échantillon et son support par un mouvement selon cette seconde direction et dans un second sens, contraire du premier sens. Application, notamment à la mesure de la radio-activité d'échantillons en provenance de l'environnement de centrales nucléaires.
