Abstract

D'après l'exemple d'application représenté, la buse d'équilibrage 3 est utilisée pour diluer des fumées. Dans la zone d'avancement 14 représentée schématiquement d'une galerie, où le creusement est exécuté par foration et tif d'explosif, l'aérage spécial indiqué au dessin est indispensable. Le ventilateur 1 est monté dans la galerie 15, qui est par exemple un travers-banc, et la canalisation 2, en matière souple, est prolongée dans la zone d'avancement 14. En cas de besoin, c'est-à-dire après une volée ou encore à l'apparition de nappes de méthane, l'ouverture 4 que commande un volet articulé est découverte sur une largeur déterminée. Le courant de sortie qui s'établit alors dans la direction tangentielle indiquée par les flèches en trait plein, crée l'effet COANDA bien connu, au moyen duquel une turbulence des couches d'air est produite dans la section de galerie.
