Abstract
Procédé de fabrication de barres en alliage par solidification unidirectionnelle. On déplace le moule par rapport à une source chaude et une source froide disposée en dessous de la source chaude, la position relative des deux sources ainsi que leur efficacité et la vitesse de déplacement du moule étant réglées de façon que s'établisse au sein de l'alliage contenu dans le moule un front de solidification plan avec un gradient thermique élevé au niveau dudit front, et qu'il se produise une orientation de la structure de l'alliage perpendiculaire au front de solidification, et, à mesure que la solidification progresse, on alimente le moule en poudre d'alliage à la composition nominale requise à un débit correspondant à la quantité d'alliage solidifiee par unité de temps.
