Abstract
L'invention concerne les techniques d'application de revêtements. Le procédé faisant l'objet de l'invention est du type utilisant l'énergie d'une explosion pour mettre en mouvement un matériau de revêtement pulverulent en direction de la surface à revêtir en régime de répétition cyclique, et est caractérisé en ce que les gaz combustibles et oxydant destinés à former le mélange explosif sont introduits en continu et sans interruption durant le processus d'application du revêtement, et que le flux de mélange explosif est intercepté, coupé ou interrompu juste avant son allumage dans la chambre de combustion 6. L'invention peut être utilisée pour appliquer des revêtements sur différents matériaux, soit pour les proteger contre la corrosion, soit pour les protéger contre des actions mécaniques.
