Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine combinée permettant le positionnement rapide et précis des éléments constituant une ferme de charpente ou d'une poutre à treillis ainsi que leur assemblage au moyen de connecteurs et l'évacuation des ensembles realisés vers un dispositif d'empilage. Elle comprend un plateau de cadrage formé de tables 1, la, 1b et 1c munies de rainures 2 et de rails 3 permettant le positionnement de presses-gabarits 6, 7 et 8 aux noeuds d'assemblage en référence à des verniers 4 et 5, leur fixation s'effectuant au moyen d'un dispositif de blocage rapide. Un transporteur à rouleaux 46 achemine l'ensemble réalisé en face d'un empileur sur lequel s'effectue le stockage au moyen d'un dispositif évacuateur à bras relevable 49. L'invention s'applique à la réalisation de tous ensembles triangulés par assemblage d'éléments de bois au moyen de connecteurs.
