Abstract

L'invention concerne la manutention de charges dans l'industrie. Le transporteur aérien faisant l'objet de l'invention est du type comprenant des secteurs horizontaux et inclinés réalisés sous forme de chenaux 3 entre les parois desquels sont placés des éléments de roulement 2, 4 et des porte-charges 6 prenant appui par l'intermédiaire de glissières, patins ou analogues 5 sur lesdits éléments de roulement et relies à une commande 12, et est caractérisé en ce que les éléments de roulements sont disposés librement sur le fond des chenaux 3 et qu'à l'extrémité supérieure de chaque chenal est pratiquée une ouverture 9 reliée par un chenal de transfert à l'extrémité inférieure du chenal de manière que les éléments de roulement roulent librement vers l'extrémité opposée du chenal. L'invention s'applique notamment à la manutention de pièces à traiter à travers des zones à haute température (chambres de séchage, fours de traitement thermique de pièces).
