L'INVENTION PEUT ETRE UTILISEE COMME BUTEE, RESSORT, AMORTISSEURS, PATINS, ELEMENT DE CHAINE DE MANUTENTION.

Description

L'invention a pour objet un ensemble composite susceptible d'être débite sous forme de barres.
L'ensemble c:oesite selon l'invention est réalisé à partir d'une tôle perforée présentant des moyens d'ancrage et de retenue susceptibles de coopérer avec une bande rapportée par moulage en elastomere par exemple, ladite tôle présentant des parties lisses autorisant une fixation aisée.
La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un élément composite selon l'invention.
La figure 2 est une vue en coupe transversale selon la figure 1t .
La figure 3 est une vue d'une barre découpée à partir de 1 'element composite.
Cet éLément composite comprend une plaque en tôle (1) présentant une pluralité de trous (11) régulièrement ou non répartis sur la surface de ladite plaque, ceux-ci étant disposes tout en laissant vierges les extrémités longitudinales de la plaque définissant ainsi deux bandes opposées lisses (12), Les trous presen 3 tant sur la face avant de la plaque en tôle des évasements (13) et sur la face arrière des contre dépouilles (14) apparentes servant de moyens d'ancrage et de retenue lors du moulage de la matière élastomère (2)en forme de bloc, sur la face arrière de la tôle.
Comme illustré figure 2, la matière élastomère pénètre dans les trous (11) en venant affleurer la face avant de la tôle, les contre dépailles assurant la fonction inserts dans ladite matière contribuant à la rigidité de l'ensemble. L'ensemble composite peut etre découpé selon les besoins dans sa longueur sous forme de barres ainsi qu'illustré figure 3.
Les bandes lisses (12) apparentes sur les extrémités des barres permettent une fixation aisée lors du positionnement desdites barres sur des éléments d'appui, de liaison ou autres.
On souligne les avantages de cet ensemble comme élément anti-bruit. On peut l'utiliser comme butée, ressort, amortisseurs, patins, élément de chaîne de manutention à débiter ceci d'une manière non limitative.

Claims (2)

REVENDICATIONS
1- Ensemble composite susceptible d'être débité sous forme de barres caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une plaque en tôle (1) présentant une pluralité de trous (11), ceux-ci étant disposés tout en laissant vierges les extrémités logitudinales de ladite plaque en définissant deux bandes opposées lisses (12) ; ladite
4 tôle présentant en outre des moyens de retenue et d'ancrage (1 ) pénétrant dans un bloc (2) de matière élastomère rapportée et moulée sur la face arrière de la tôle pénétrant dans lesdits trous.
2- Ensemble composite selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que lesdits trous (11) présentent sur la face avant de la plaque en tôle des évasements (13) et se prolongent sur la face arrière par des contre dépuilles (l ) apparentes formant inserts dans le bloc en matière élastomère.
