L'INVENTION CONCERNE LA FABRICATION D'UNE PORTE DE STYLE EN BOIS. CETTE PORTE EST PEU ONEREUSE, MALGRE SON ASPECT "MASSIF" ET "COSSU". ELLE EST FABRIQUEE A PARTIR DE PANNEAUX LAMELLES COLLES, ABOUTES OU NON ABOUTES, DECOUPES SUIVANT LE STYLE CHOISI. ELLE EST DONC CONSTITUEE D'UN BATI ET DE UN OU PLUSIEURS PANNEAUX STYLISES, MAINTENUS ET EMPRISONNES DANS LA PORTE PAR DES MOULURES A GRAND CADRE SITUEES DE PART ET D'AUTRE DE LA PORTE. CETTE PORTE PEUT AVOIR TOUTES LES DIMENSIONS, TOUS LES STYLES ET ETRE UTILISEE POUR TOUTES LES FERMETURES.

Description

La présente invention concerne la fabrication des portes de style en bois,destinées à être montées dans un cadre bois ou metalli -que,et permettant la communication entre les pièces d'une habitation,la fermeture d'un meuble ou d'un placard.
Actuellement la fabrication des portes de style en bois est la suivante:elles sont constituées d'un bâti avec traverse(s) assemblés par tenons et mortaises;dans ce bâti-,des rainures recevront le ou les panneaux selon le style de la porte.Cette fabrication demande d'une part un très gros investissement en matériel et matière première,d'autre part le temps de fabrication est impor -tant,car les assemblages par tenons,mortaises,et les rainures, nécessitent de nombreux pointages.
La fabrication de la porte selon l'invention,permet d'éviter ces investissements,et de réduire le temps de fabrication.
Nous prenons pour exemple la fabrication selon l'invention d'une porte de communication de dimensions normalisé#:hauteur:2()4cm, largeur:73cm,épaisseur:4cm,du style:double chapeaux de gendarme.
Nous utilisons deux panneaux de bois lamellés collés,aboutés ou non aboutés,de la dimension de la porte à fabriquer(Fig 1).
Dans les deux panneaux superposés,nous effectuons des découpes, suivant le style de la porte.Dans l'exemple choisi nous avons 4 découpes.Deux de ces découpes sont menuisées.(Fig.2)
A l'intérieur des deux panneaux,3 rainures(3 pour cette dimension de porte)sont effectuées,elles sont destinées à recevoir des pièces métalliques qui renforcent le rigidité de la porte obtenue en collant les deux panneaux.(Fig.3)
Les deux découpes menuisées sont replacées dans la porte et maintenues et emprisonnées par le collage ou le pointage des moulures à grand cadre,situées de part et d'autre de la porte.
Les moulures varient aussi suivant le style de la porte.(Fig 4 et 5)
Cette invention permet de fabriquer toutes sortes de portes de style à un prix de revient moindre et un investissement réduit.
L'utilisation des panneaux lamellés collés,aboutés ou non aboutés,permet une économie importante sur la matière première.
Le découpage et les assemblages sans tenons ni mortaises réduisent les temps de fabrication.Les portes ainsi fabriquées réunissent à la fois qualité,prix et beauté.

  1. REVENDICATION
    Fabrication de portes en bois de style different et de dimensions differentes destinées à être montées sur un cadre et utilisées pour toute fermeture.
    Porte en bois de style selon la revendication . est caractérisée en ce que nous utilisons deux panneaux lamellés collés,aboutés ou non aboutés,collés entre eux,et renforcés par des raidisseurs métalliques.Dans le panneau obtenu,on effectue des découpes suivant le style de la porte.Ces découpes sont menuisées,puis réinsérées dans la porte,oi!# elles sont maintenues par des moulures à grand cadre situées de part#et d'autre.
