Abstract
Description
différents soins.the aims of the present invention are achieved thanks to the components of said strip, which allow it to adhere spontaneously to itself, and therefore avoid the use of stapling means such as pins or the like, and making it possible to grip any part of the body when
different treatments.
The material of the strip comes from natural latex which is a natural collcidale suspension
isoprene constituting, among other things, the sap of hevea, as well as other plant species.
I.The preparation of the strip will be obtained with a mixture of 2 different varieties of substantially equal proportions and coming from 2 varieties of rubber trees such as the variety CLONE PB 86 and the variety CLOUES GT I.
The preparation of said material constituting the strip will comprise the following steps, based on a collofdale solution of latex.
a) Première étape : Précoauulation
The latex is added with water at the rate of a quantity of water of 10 to 20% of the volume of latex, the addition water being at a pH of between 6 and 8 and comprising in solution calcium salts and / or magnesium, the yellow precipitate which can form then being separated from the initial colloidal suspension; the separation of the yellow precipitate can advantageously be carried out by filtration.
The colloidal suspension, rid of its yellow precipitate, is then added with sodium bisulfite to complete the discoloration, then with an organic acid in an amount sufficient to cause total coagulation of the latex; advantageously the organic acid may be acetic acid or formic acid or a mixture of the two.
The coagulum formed is kneaded and washed abundantly with demineralized water until complete disappearance of the products added for coagulation, then it is calendered between cylinders to be in the form of a sheet of about I m / m d 'thickness d) Fourth stage: drying at room temperature the leaves of the coagulum are left for several days at room temperature (I6 - 400C) until dry (defined by a loss of weight less than I / .. during one hour of maintaining N 400 under a pressure of 0.1 bar).
The sheets are cut into strips # your tapes are laid on a sheet of support material, a gauze is placed on the tape, then another sheet of protective material. The tapes are then placed in a dry heat oven in a ventilated atmosphere, for 6 hours at a temperature of between 100 and 100, to give stretchy and self-adhesive tapes.
The strip then completed with the gauze, its support material and its protective material, is wound or folded on itself in order to suit different packaging models for which it may be intended.
The strips used as support and protective material must protrude by approximately 1 cm on either side of the rubber strip in order to prevent the edges of the latter from sticking
spontaneously with each other.
E, et 9, quelques exemples d'utiloation de celle-ci.the figures of the appended plates illustrate in fig. I-a general mode of presentation of a strip according to the invention in different aspects, and in FIGS. 2a and 2b, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
E, and 9, some examples of its use.
In the drawings of fig. I a strip of rubber "a" according to the invention is laid on a dig "b" of a support material, polyester film or paper. A gauze pad is
esée on the strip of gum. then is added in order to protect the go = e strip and the gauze press, a sheet "c" of a protective material, polyester film or paper. the respective strips are then folded on themselves. Note that the films "b" and "c" exceed a certain width of approx. Icm on each edge of the eraser.
otites blessures telles que crevasses, coupures, gerçures, contre toute souillure éventuelle.in fig. 2a and 2b, the strip is used as a finger-pocket, and effectively protects the
ear infections such as cracks, cuts, chapped skin, against any possible contamination.
2a, after having used the usual therapy for each type of wound, the gauze c-press is placed at the site of the wound, then a piece previously cut from the strip of gum is put in such a way that be it edge to edge. It is then enough to press the ends following the finger storyteller, and to cut as in fig.
